Melvin Jerusalem confirms Attendance at WBC Hamburg Convention 2024

The WBC Hamburg Convention 2024 promises to be one of the best gatherings in our history as the WBC will hold its 62nd Annual Convention and 4th World Women’s Boxing Convention from December 8-14, 2024.

As with so many Filipino fighters, Melvin has been a globetrotter. He has spent his career on an odyssey, being a road warrior. But in recognition of his capturing the WBC Green and Gold Belt, by defeating Yudai Shigeoka by SD in Japan, including decking him twice, Sean Gibbons and Manny Pacquiao worked extra hard to bring him home to fight in front of his very own adoring home town fans. A rare treat and Melvin is determined to make the most of it and do them all proud.

Aged thirty, he’s a seasoned, skilled, capable, wily, cunning and courageous fighter, having built a record of 23-3, 12 KO’s.

In September, Melvin made the first defense of his title by defeating Mexican Luis “Flechita” Castillo by unanimous decision , at the Mandaluyong City College in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
