Light flyweight champion of the World Boxing Council Masamichi Yabuki from Japan, will defend his title for the first time, when he faces his compatriot and former world champion Kenshiro Teraji, in a direct rematch fight.
It`s this Saturday, at the City Gymnasium in Kyoto, Japan.
Masamichi Yabuki won the WBC crown on September 22, when he upset Kenshiro via TKO in the tenth round.
Yabuki dominated most of the fight, and then under fire in the tenth round, he upped the ante. Kenshiro was previously undefeated and was the favorite to retain the 108-pound crown. But things unfolded differently.
Both fighters have had a great training camp, because with this fight they will define who is the best light flyweight in the world.
In the main undercard bout on this card, flyweight Shota Asami will take on Yuga Inoue in an 8-rounder at 112 pounds.
The fight is presented by Shinsei Promotions, and will be broadcast on http://abema.tv
