World Boxing Conscience

I had the privilege of representing the WBC and WBC Cares at the United Nations on their panel about Gender Equality and Social Protection.

At first, I wondered how our organization would fit into the mix of educators and activists, but as I put the material together with the help of Jose Martin Sulaiman, it became clear how much we as an organization have done around the world to assist women and equality. Not only in the sport, but teaching marketing, networking and confidence. Many times, this was a world of possibilities and connections women in our sport hadn’t experienced before.

This was a great moment in my life and for us as a socially conscious group of international family and friends.
