The eyes of the boxing world will once again be focused on New York, where WBC and IBF light heavyweight champion Artur Beterbiev faces WBO titleholder Joe Smith Jr. in a highly anticipated unification matchup.
Beterbiev has the best KO ratio with his 17 stoppage victories, in as many pro bouts, but on Saturday night he will face Smith Jr., an opponent who wants to trade blows.
The winner of this slugfest heads into a match for the undisputed title against Dmitry Bivol.
