It’s better to eat many small meals throughout the day rather than 3 larger ones.
it is better to consume three primary meals daily with smaller snacks in-between your primary meals acting as bridges between meals to stave off hunger – stabilize blood sugar and to reduce cravings between and during meals. Using snacks as smaller bridge meals to support energy patterns is an athletic food pattern using food as an advocate to support energy and fat metabolism — counter intuitive to the civilian thought that food is the adversary and less is best — that skipped meals are a better choice than eating meals — most of the general population skip meals and find themselves craving foods at the wrong time of day —-ultimately leading to weight gain and inconsistent energy patterns.
