WBC mourns the passing of Mauricio Moreno Peralta

The World Boxing Council and its President Mauricio Sulaimán mourn the passing of Mauricio Moreno Peralta, a longtime collaborator of the organization.

Mauricio Moreno participated in various WBC events for over 20 years, being close to Don José Sulaimán.
Mr. Moreno leaves a void in the world and in the lives of all who had the honor of knowing him. He will always be remembered as an honest and hardworking man, but he will be remembered even more for the great human being he was.

The entire WBC family sends our deepest condolences to Mauricio Moreno’s family and many friends.
