WBC Green and Gold Belt Celebrities: Steve Harvey

The World Boxing Council Green and Gold Belt recognizes and lauds the champions of the different divisions in the sport.

It has been worn with distinction by the great monarchs in boxing history. A roll call of superstars: Muhammad Ali, Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao, Julio César Chávez, Sugar Ray Leonard, Mike Tyson.

On a weekly basis we are posting celebrities who have been photographed wearing the WBC Green and Gold Belt.

On this occasion we present Steve Harvey, an actor, comedian, and television presenter, who has had great success with his Family Feud show, on which the WBC and the UFC participated.

The WBC team consisted of heavyweight legend Evander Holyfield, Shawn Porter, Ryan Garcia, Riddick Bowe and WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman.

The UFC team consisted of fighters Forrest Griffin, Henry Cejudo, Holly Holm, Stephen Thompson and Michelle Waterson.

The match was won by the WBC and they donated $25,000 to the Andy Vargas Foundation.
