WBC Annual Convention Basic Information

* DRESS CODE – there is no need to bring a suit to the annual convention in Cancun.

Opening Ceremony: Please try to wear white, as a sign of peace (white shirt, guayabera, etc.)

Awards dinner:           Business casual (jacket without necktie) Cocktail dress for women

Working sessions:       Casual

Mexican party:           Casual – this will be outdoor – Mexican “Day of the deaths” (Halloween celebration)

Make sure you pack your swimming suit and skin protection cream.

Everyone will be met at the airport for transportation to the Oasis Hotel.  If you did not supply your flight information, please look for the welcome booth and welcome staff that will be at the airport at all time.
