Dallas, Texas – February 12, 2019 – VIVE Network will debut the world’s first live Ultra high definition, high dynamic range professional boxing event on Saturday, February 23rd featuring a stacked co-ed fight card in association with Classic Entertainment Sports (CES) Boxing and the World Boxing Council (WBC). The first of several Fight Nights on VIVE LIVE scheduled in 2019 will be headlined by a highly anticipated championship bout between two undefeated lightweights – Jamaine Ortiz (9-0, 4 KOs) and Ricardo ‘Conejo’ Quiroz (10-0, 5 KOs) – for the vacant WBC World Youth Lightweight Title.
The live channel will appeal to sports fans with an appetite for premium broadcast events who own the multi-millions of UHD HDR-capable displays, yet have scarce access to UHD HDR entertainment. That said, the content will seamlessly stream in the highest resolution possible depending on the viewers’ respective devices.
