The 62nd annual WBC Convention in Hamburg has come to a close, leaving behind a lasting impact. One of the highlights was a joint initiative by Universum and WBC Cares, where world champions like Skye Nicolson, Terence Crawford, and Raja Amasheh, Tina Ruprecht, Jelena Mrdjenovic, among other greats, visited a local school.
The champions shared their experiences with the children, engaging them in boxing drills and creating unforgettable memories. Universum, on behalf of Ismail Özen, presented a check to the school to support their programs in sports, art, and culture.
The event was attended by Jill Diamond, president of WBC Cares, Christiane Manzur, president of WBC Cares Mexico, Major General Thanapol Bhakdibhumi, president of WBC Muay Thai, and WBC ambassadors Bridger Walker and Charlie Hall.
This collaboration underscores Universum’s led by Ismail Özen commitment to not only nurturing boxing talent but also contributing to social causes and building a better future for all.
