Tyson Fury confirms attendance at WBC Annual Convention in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Tyson Fury is attending the WBC Convention in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Fury was born in August 1988, in Manchester, England. The WBC heavyweight champion is 2.06 meters tall and comes from a family that has dedicated its life to boxing. His father is John Fury and he became a professional during the 1980s. His cousins are Andy Lee, Hughie Fury and Hosea Burton.
Fury has built an undefeated record since he began his career in 2008. In 2015, he was named Ring magazine’s fighter of the year after defeating heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko.
Fury won the WBC title in 2020 by defeating the American Deontay Wilder.
