Trainer Nazim Richardson has passed away

The World Boxing Council and its President Mauricio Sulaimán, is very sad to learn of the death of the famous Philadelphia coach, Nazim Richardson.

Naazim, who passed away this Friday morning, trained great fighters throughout his illustrious career including  Bernard Hopkins, “Sugar” Shane Mosley, Steve Cunningham, and many more.
The entire WBC family asks God to give Nazim’s friends and family solace at this time of sorrow. But also to marvel at the forever brilliant legacy he leaves us.
