Talina Fernández, prominent Mexican journalist has passed away.
Talina died at the age of 78 on the afternoon of this June 28 in a hospital in Mexico City, because of leukemia.
‘The Lady of Good Saying’, as she is also known for her long career in driving, shared that in 2006 they detected a tumor on her head that turned out to be benign. 10 years later she was found to have another one that is inoperable, which has brought her consequences ever since.
The World Boxing Council and its President Mauricio Sulaimán, send our deepest condolences to Talina’s many friends and family.
