Jorge Flores Torres passed away this morning in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
He was a boxing commissioner for more than 25 years, always showing his professionalism, enthusiasm and wisdom, as an exemplary supervisor and judge.
Jorge was the founder of the Federation of Professional Boxing Commissions of the Mexican Republic (FECOMBOX) in 1997.
He was a commissioner of the World Boxing Council and president for several years of the Guadalajara Boxing Commission.
On October 3, his brilliant career was recognized by the WBC in Ocotlán, Jalisco.
