The WBC mourns  the death of Don Agustin Palacios

The World Boxing Council and its President Mauricio Sulaiman, are mourning the death of Mexican manager, Don Agustin Palacios.

Don Augustin was characterized by having  discovered and managed  Mexican boxers Salvador Sánchez and Chucho Castillo,  helping them to fully realize their magnificent potential.  His dedicated and perceptive work as a manager allowed Mexico to open so many  doors within professional boxing on the World stage.

The entire WBC joins the family and the many friends of Don Agustín in these sad moments, also cherishing wonderful and lasting memories.
