According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), depression is a mental disorder that affects more than 300 million people in the world. That is why the objective of the commemoration of this day is to sensitize, guide and prevent the population about this disease.
All of us who are part of the World Boxing Council are aware of the importance of correct treatment, detection and attention to Mental Health; For this reason, we urge all those who suffer from depression to approach a mental health professional, to practice sports on a daily basis, maintain a good diet and constantly talk about what hurts and affects them.
