The WBC AMATEUR Green and Gold Tournament in Bolivia

The World Boxing Council is proud to announce the celebration of the Green and Gold Tournament in Bolivia, supported by WBC AMATEUR, an event focused on discovering new talent in this great nation.

The tournament will be held from September 10th to 13th and aims to highlight that passion and determination have no barriers.

The tournament, which will take place in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, is made possible thanks to Fernando Alcázar Estremadoiro and Jose Alfredo Cartagena Mashiro from the Promoter JF BOXING SOCIETY; and Ervin Chávez Vargas, President of the Santa Cruz Departmental Boxing Association.

The “Green and Gold” Tournament is a platform for boxers of all backgrounds to demonstrate their talent, celebrating diversity and breaking down stereotypes. WBC AMATEUR, in its mission to protect athletes and promote fair boxing, considers this event a fundamental pillar in a country with so much boxing talent.
