In boxing, as in any sport, the constant opinions make some athletes go through episodes of sadness, fear, confusion, to mention some negative emotions.
For example: A boxer who has lost a fight and is subjected to constant opinions about his performance. Action above in the ring can cause you to wonder the following: Will I be good at boxing? What if I better dedicate to something else? and many more.
Emotions arise because of an event and will have a great influence on our behavior, causing the athlete to lose control, focus on his sports career and there are possible changes in motivation, self-esteem, confidence, security, among others.
On the other hand, if we manage opinions positively and analyze our situation, we will be able to see opinion as something external that we cannot control but that we can get the most out of and here I will tell you how:
