The Biggest Boxing Class of all time is Shaping up 

On April 6th, Mexico which has produced more than two hundred professional world boxing champions, will combine and unite to present the biggest boxing class on the face of the Planet.

Miguel Torruco who is National Director of Promocion Al Deporte Y Bienestar is building on the success of the first giant class,  which numbered 14,299 in June 2022, when it was held in Mexico City`s giant Zocalo Plaza. The difference this time, is that it`s being extended to every corner and plaza of Mexico.  Miguel has the green light to do this from Mexico`s President Claudia Sheinbaum who was Mayor of Mexico City for the first class.

The World Boxing Council is helping to coordinate the Nationwide Class which will number hundreds of thousands. More than twenty boxing champions will coordinate it as instructors. The fulcrum epicenter of operations will again be Mexico City`s Zocalo, with the rays of its sunshine glinting and extending nationwide.

At the WBC`s weekly Martes a Cafe Press Conference in the magnificent Sports and Chips in Coyocan, Miguel said this mega event will: ”Make a mark in the construction of peace.” He stressed that municipalities the length and breadth of the Republic are involved with all of Mexico`s thirty-two states involved and doing their part.

On display at Martes A Cafe was the magnificent specially commissioned White Belt of Peace, which by the end of the the event, will bear the signatures of most the country`s State Governors. This great coming together of sport like no other will show the unity of Mexico and celebrate its success in Boxing. But also convince thousands to participate in keep-fit activities.
