Tenshin Nasukawa and Takuma Inoue to Fight for Vacant WBC Bantamweight Title

The World Boxing Council has ordered a negotiation period for the bantamweight title fight between Japan’s Tenshin Nasukawa, ranked number one, and Takuma Inoue, ranked number two.

If no agreement is reached between parties, the WBC will conduct a purse offer pursuant to the WBC Rules and Regulations on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.

Former champion Junto Nakatani recently announced he will be moving up to the super bantamweight division for his next fight.

Tenshin Nasukawa (7-0-0, 2 KOs) ranked number one will fight

the number two contender , Takuma Inoue (20-2-0, 5 KOs) in yet another all Japanese extravaganza.
