Saturday night at Wembley Stadium in London, WBC heavyweight champion Tyson “The Gypsy King” Fury and interim WBC champion Dillian “The Body Snatcher” Whyte duke it out, on a card presented by Queensberry Promotions and Top Rank.
Fury (31-0-1, 22 KOs) will defend his crown against interim WBC champion Whyte (28-2, 19 KOs) in front of a boxing crowd of 94,000. The showdown against Whyte will mark Fury’s first fight in London since February 2015.This Wednesday, both warriors faced each other for the first time before this eagerly-awaited fight.
“I’m going to have to constantly adapt and do my thing. I will do my best to take the win. I’m not afraid to take risks. I’ve taken risks all my life. We’ve had a great training camp and we’re going to do our best in the ring,” said Whyte.
“It`s going to be a great fight. God willing, I’ll be the winner. Win, lose or draw, I will put up a great fight. For me, the danger is not feeling good that night, because it can happen. There will be a lot of risk for both. It’s a risk to walk to the left of Whyte, because of his uppercut that he could knock out a bull with. He could knock out anyone. He is a very dangerous fighter that should not be taken lightly,” Fury insisted.
