
One of the supreme pound for pound fighter of recent times, Terence “Bud” Crawford, will face Uzbek Israil Madrimov, this Saturday, August 3rd at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, California.
Crawford (40-0, 31 knockouts) will move up to 154 pounds for the first time, after conquering the welterweight division with an impressive knockout victory over Errol Spence, to be crowned undisputed champion at 147 pounds in Las Vegas in July of last year.
Madrimov (10-0-1, 7 knockouts) will have the toughest most exacting test of his career, after having a great performance in Saudi Arabia defeating Magomed Kurbanov in five rounds, continuing his impressive undefeated streak, following a brilliant amateur career.
The main event is complemented by a card that will captivate and enrapture fight fans. The recently crowned WBA super lightweight champion, Isaac Cruz, defends his title for the first time against American southpaw Jose Valenzuela.
While Cuba’s David Morrell will look to preserve his undefeated record in a light heavyweight fight against American fighter Radivoje Kalajdzic, among other interesting fights Andy Cruz vs Antonio Morán, Jared Anderson vs Martín Bakole and Andy Ruiz vs Jarrell Miller.
The fight is organized by His Excellency Turki Alalshikh, of Riyadh Season Card, with the support of several important promoters.
