During “Coffee Tuesdays” Isaac Mora, national boxing coordinator of the Mexican Popular games and Carlos Bondojo, announced the details of the Grand Finale of the tournament which will take place in the Golden Club of Oaxtepec, Morelos, from October 22 to October 28.
With more than 300 participants in 8 men’s divisions and 5 in the women’s branch, the tournament promises to be a resounding success, since the best exponents have been brought together.
They added that the inauguration will be on the 24th of October at which Mauricio Sulaimán, President of the WBC, will be present, as well as the Governor of the State of Morelos, Cuauhtémoc Blanco.
For Mauricio, the Mexican Popular Games, considered by CONADE (National Commission for Physical Culture and Sports) as part of the national system of competition and product of the heart and ingenuity of its founder, Mr. Pepe Mora, seeks to promote the practice of sports and good nutrition in young people with limited resources in the various regions of the country.
During the competitions, children and adolescents have the opportunity to define themselves through the values that emanate from physical activity.
Mauricio Sulaimán congratulated Carlos, better known to all as “Bondojo” for the tremendous work he does every day for our sport, plus the work of Isaac Mora, a man who has dedicated a large part of his life to promoting sport.
