Randy Petalcorin  replaces Felix Alvarado against Ken Shiro

World Boxing Council light flyweight champion  Ken Shiro, will still fight on the card of Yokohama, Japan, on December 23rd.

He was originally slated to fight versus Felix Alvarado. But  the Nicaraguan withdrew due to the lingering effects of bronchitis.

Ranked fourteen,  Filipino Randy Petalcorin, has been penciled in as the replacement.

 Petalcorin (31-3-1, 23 ko) has 5 consecutive victories since the defeat he suffered, precisely against, none other than… Alvarado.
