Former super lightweight champion José Carlos Rámirez could return to the ring next February, after losing a great fight against Scotsman Josh Taylor in what was one of the best battles of the year.
With his decision to remain in the super lightweight division, it appears that Ramírez would return to the ring on February 5 of next year at the Save Mart Arena in Fresno, California.
The Boxingscene news portal, published that Top Rank, confirms the possible rival would be the tough Puerto Rican José Pedraza, who has a professional record of 29 wins and 3 losses.
Such a showdown could lead Ramirez to a chance to face champion Josh Taylor all over again.
