Possible fight between Fulton and Foster
The fight between the two champions would be in the 130-pound weight class.
After winning the WBC super bantamweight title, Steven Fulton wanted to become a two-division champion.
Earlier this year, Fulton defeated interim champion Brandon Figueroa to win the WBC featherweight world title.
But the Philadelphia native’s hunger doesn’t end there. Steven Fulton dreams of another championship. As he told Andre Ward on All Smoke Fight, his next goal is to move up to 130 pounds to become super featherweight champion.
According to some reports, Fulton’s team is looking for a fight with O’Shaquie Foster, the WBC super featherweight champion. It seems that negotiations are progressing well, although the fight has not been confirmed.
O’Shaquie Foster regained his championship in November 2024 in his rematch against Robson Conceicao. “Nino” defeated Foster in July of that same year by split decision.
