Pitbull and Roach ready for a war

At the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas, Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz will make the first defense of his WBC interim super lightweight title against the dangerous Lamont “Reaper” Roach, a technical, disciplined boxer with experience in high-level fights.

Roach (25-1-2, 10 KOs) comes into this bout after drawing with Gervonta Davis earlier this year, demonstrating he can compete head-to-head with the best in the division.

Cruz, for his part, enters the ring with a record of 28-3-1 and 18 knockouts, determined to consolidate himself as a real force at super lightweight and show that his reign will not be temporary.
