2011.- Thailand’s Suriyan Sor Rungvisai defeated Japan’s Nobuo Nashiro by decision in Bangkok, Thailand. The WBC super flyweight title was at stake in this fight.

2017.- In a rematch bout, Deontay Wilder defended his WBC heavyweight crown by knocking out Bermane Stiverne in the first round in Brooklyn, New York.
