1979.- Nicaraguan Alexis Argüello technically knocked out Rafael “Bazooka” Limón in 11 rounds in New York. The WBC super featherweight title was at stake.

1988.- American Donald Curry was crowned WBC super welterweight champion by knocking out Italian Gianfranco Rosi in 10 rounds. The fight took place in San Remo, Italy.

1989.- John Mugabi knocked out Rene Jacquot in the first round in Mirapolis, France. The WBC super welterweight title was at stake.

2012.- Japanese Yota Sato defended his WBC super flyweight crown by defeating Filipino Sylvester Lopez. The fight took place in Yokohama, Japan.
