Lithuanian Egidijus “Mean Machine” Kavaliauskas, fights Canadian Mikael Zewski, in an attractive fight where the welterweight WBC Continental Americas will be at stake, this Saturday, September 12.
It’s at the MGM “La Burbuja” Grand, from Las Vegas, Nevada, on a card promoted by Top Rank and which will be televised by ESPN.
Kavaliauskas (21-1-1, 17 KOs) is coming from a loss to Terence Crawford and he has had victories over David Avanesyan, Juan Carlos Abreu and previously undefeated Roberto Arriaza.
“I am excited to return to the ring as I still have unfinished business. I still believe that I have what it takes to become a world champion, and that journey resumes against Mikael Zewski,” commented Kavaliauskas.
Zewski (34-1-0, 23 KOs), has not Lost since 2015 when he was defeated to Konstantin Ponomarev in a close decision.
