Madani conqueres WBC Mediterranean title

Frenchman Mehdi Madani defeated his compatriot Romain Garofalo, to win the middleweight Mediterranean title endorsed by the World Boxing Council,  at the Salle Claude Metandier, Frangy, France.

The match presented by promoter Gerard Teysseron, was entertaining, with both warriors giving everything, but Mahdi showed his better skills to prevail on the judges’ cards.

Robin Dolpierre saw the fight 97-93, Fabian Guggenheim 97-93 and Francisco Vázquez Marcos 98-92. The Referee was Christophe Fernández and the supervisor was the Vice President  of the WBC, Houcine Houichi.
