World Boxing Council super flyweight champion Lourdes ‘La Pequena Lulú’ Juárez is eager to jump back into the ring, and inflict sibling power, defending her Green and Gold Belt, that she won just last December.
Juárez Trejo entered that monumental title fight with a streak of 28 wins in a row and four years without defeat. She overcame Guadalupe Martínez, who was attempting her sixth defense. In triumphing, Lulu joins her older sister Mariana ‘Barby’ Juárez. They become the first pair of Mexican sisters to both win a WBC world title.
With a record of 31 victories, 4 of them by KO and only two setbacks, Lulu also enjoys great popularity among fans.
Represented exclusively by Promociones del Pueblo, she effectively combines her role as wife and mother, with her family being her greatest inspiration.
