Kudakwashe Chiwandire dominates Catherine Phiri

Zimbabwean boxer Kudakwashe Chiwandire won the interim World Boxing Council super bantamweight title by defeating Zambian fighter Catherine Phiri.

Chiwandire showed better technique domaining Phiri almost all the fight, who at the end of 10 rounds showed the marks of combat on her face.

“I did my best to take the belt home. I knew I had to take the belt home,” commented the new champion.
