At 31 years of age, and with an undefeated record of 17 fights, 14 of these won by way of KO and one draw, Isaac Muñoz Gutiérrez, will seek to impose and  improve against ” 989 Assassin” Jermaine Franklin Jr. (21-2-0, 14 Ko’s), in a ten-round duel to break the deadlock.

Originally from the Mexican capital, the former member of the Mexican Armed Forces, says he`s confident of victory, after the strenuous preparation he carried out and underwent at the Miura Boxing facilities in the Mexican City capital.

On the other hand of the fisticuff equation, durable Jermaine Franklin considers himself ready to defeat the Mexican, taking lightning advantage of fighting at his homeland. Franklin has only two defeats on his career and there were against Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte, going the whole distance with both of them.

The fight will take place at the Masonic Temple in Detroit, Michigan, on  the undercard of undisputed super featherweight world champion Alycia Baumgardner, who will meet in a rematch against Christina Linardatou.
