The Boxing Grand Prix Finals represent far more than just championship glory; they signify a promise kept.
A decade ago, José Sulaimán envisioned a tournament that would discover and elevate the next generation of global stars. Through the partnership between the WBC and Riyadh Season—bringing together President Mauricio Sulaimán and His Excellency Turki Alalshikh—that dream has culminated in the creation of the Flame of Hope.

This award, to be presented to our Boxing Grand Prix champions, marks the final piece of a legacy more than ten years in the making.
The trophy features a circular green base adorned with six high-relief elements in various colors. This is a vibrant tribute to Riyadh Season, symbolizing the dynamic nature and evolution of the sport.

Rising from the base is the signature of the WBC Lifetime President, serving as a solemn tribute to his tireless dedication and lifelong commitment to the world of boxing.
Above the base sits the golden stem that supports the “Flame of Glory.” This flame symbolizes the passion and the hunger to pursue one’s dreams. It also represents the strength, courage, and resilience inherent in every fighter.

The trophy’s iconic colors, Green and Gold, hold deep significance.
They represent Hope and Glory, the two fundamental pillars upon which the WBC was founded.
The torch has been passed. The flame is lit. The mission is complete. Don’t miss the BGP Finals live on DAZN and The Ring.
