Haney keen  to defend WBC crown

Devin Haney will face Alfredo Santiago (12-0 4 KOs), in the first defense of his WBC lightweight world title at the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, this Saturday, November 9, live on DAZN in the US. UU. and Sky Sports in the United Kingdom.

This Tuesday Devin shone in a public training, where he proved to be in excellent, tip top condition to make the first defense of his belt.

Devin Haney (23-0 15 KOs) was named as absolute lightweight champion in the recent WBC Convention in Cancun, Mexico, after his dominant performance against Zaur Abdullaev in New York last September, where he was crowned 135-pound interim champion.
