Ground Transportation: Guide for WBC Delegates Arriving at Suvarnabhumi Airport

Bangkok, Thailand — The World Boxing Council is pleased to announce the official ground transportation plan for delegates traveling to Bangkok for the upcoming WBC Convention, taking place from November 30 – December 5, 2025.

To ensure a comfortable and seamless arrival, complimentary WBC Shuttle Vans will transport registered delegates staying at the official hotels from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) to the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park according to the schedule below:

Official Shuttle Van Service

Operating Dates: November 26 – December 1

Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Departures: 7 scheduled departures per day

Frequency: Every 2 hours

Route: Suvarnabhumi Airport → Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park (direct and onto destination).

Cost: Complimentary for all registered delegates staying at official hotels

WBC and Convention staff will be stationed in the arrivals hall to greet delegates and guide you to the next available shuttle.

Where to Find the Shuttle Service Team

After collecting your baggage, proceed through the customs area using Exit C (do not use exit A or B)

Once you enter the arrivals hall

1. The WBC Shuttle Service Team will be positioned next to Airport Exit Door 10, ready to direct you to the designated shuttle van pick-up zone.

Arrivals Outside Shuttle Hours

Delegates arriving after 8:00 PM or before 8:00 AM may use the official Suvarnabhumi Airport taxi service.

• Estimated Cost: Approximately $15 USD (metered taxi – self paid)
• Travel Time: 30–45 minutes depending on traffic
• Reliability: Safe, official taxis operate 24 hours a day
