Green and Gold World Tournament in Tijuana

During the traditional Martes de Café, a video was presented about the Green and Gold World Amateur Tournament, which will take place October 16–19 at the Municipal Auditorium in Tijuana, Mexico.

Event organizer Monroy González shared details:

“We already have 85% of the event ready. The capacity is for 300 fighters, but we now have 350 participants from 10 different countries throughout the region and African nations.We are fully prepared; during all four days, there will be action in three rings simultaneously.”

Mauricio Sulaimán congratulated the organizers for their efforts. In addition, the Uruguayan delegation who were present, expressed their excitement to participate in Mexico, as they continue training at the “José Sulaimán Chagnón” gym.
