Four great champions of the World Boxing Council, demonstrated the brotherhood and the true spirit in our sport, by making an important donation to Moisés Fuentes and his Family.
As we know, Fuentes suffered a knockout loss in October of last year in Cancun, which resulted in injury. He underwent emergency surgery and was later transferred to Mexico City for treatment and rehabilitation. Moses is a warrior and as such has been battling to recover his health. However, we are aware that there is still a long way to go and that both he and his family need support.
The signs of love for Moi have been innumerable. On this occasion, four champions represented by Teiken, namely: Carlos Cuadras, Jorge Linares, Chocolatito González and Jesse Rodríguez, made an important donation of twenty thousand dollars. This was what the fighters commented:
Jorge Linares-
“From Japan I am praying for your health Moisés Fuentes together with my family and my Teiken Promotions team. From here we will be sending you all our support we hope that you will recover very soon. God bless you champion.”
Roman gonzalez-
“Your speedy recovery is a wish from my heart before our Almighty God. You are a great human being, with a beautiful family and I am sure that you will continue to love and enjoy them for many more years because we have a miraculous God. A God who can do everything and reaches everything. I send you a fraternal hug, my family and my team send you love. You are a Warrior that I greatly admire. Courage, because God is with you. “
Carlos Cuadras-
“I want to thank Teiken, Mr. Honda and Mauricio Sulaimán for joining in the support for my friend Moises Fuentes. We bring bread to the table for our families with our punches, and you never know the result of each fight, today I thank God for allowing me to help Moi and his family, because before being fighters we are human beings, parents, husbands and our hearts are as big as our fists, thanks and support. “
Jesse Rodriguez-
“I want to send a message to Moisés Fuentes and his family, we know that they are having a tough fight right now. Continue to fight bravely as you have done so far. I send you my best wishes and continue to pray for your recovery.”
In recent days it was announced that Carlos Cuadras donated signed gloves to collect funds for his friend Moisés and a GoFundme site was opened where we can all support and contribute to this noble cause.
