In 2013, he became WBC flyweight world champion. “Gallo” Estrada defended his title six times before moving up in weight in search of new challenges.
In April 2019, he faced then WBC super flyweight champion Srisaket Sor Rungvisai. After 12 rounds of action, the judges awarded victory to the Mexican.
With that win, Estrada became a world champion in two different divisions.

As part of his development, Nasukawa has faced experienced opponents, proving that his transition is not only media-driven, but also competitive.
Last year, he faced Takuma Inoue for the vacant WBC bantamweight title.
