Fundora and Ocampo made the weight

Undefeated Interim World Boxing Council super welterweight Champion Sebastian Fundora and former world title challenger Carlos Ocampo will square off on Saturday, October 8 at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California, headlining a Premier Boxing Champions event.

Fundora, one of the most exciting fighters in the sport, returns to the ring after emerging victorious in one of the best fights of the year, last April, when he got up from the canvas to knock out tough fighter Erickson Lubin.

On the other hand, Carlos Ocampo won 12 straight since a 2018 loss to unified welterweight world champion Errol Spence Jr.

This Friday both warriors passed the official weigh-in. Fundora registered 153.4 pounds, while Ocampo gave 153.5 pounds.
