Franchon Crews-Dezurn Reconquers the WBC Super Middleweight Crown

Franchon Crews-Dezurn starred in a magical night, by returning to the top of boxing by defeating the previously undefeated Shadasia Green by a wide unanimous decision.

In this way, Franchón managed to reconquer the vacant super middleweight belt of the World Boxing Council and thus close 2023 as absolute monarch once again.

Crews-Dezurn vs Green took place this Friday night at the Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel, in Orlando, Florida and was co-feature of Jake Paul vs. Andre August.

Crews-Dezurn was not considered a favorite by a large sector of the boxing world; However, based on impeccable work she imposed the pace, she used her experience heading to a victory of 98-92, 97-93 and 97-93, after 10 action-packed rounds.

Crews-Dezurn, regained the super middleweight title vacated by Savannah Marshall who suffered an injury which will not allow her to return for a while.

Franchon improved her record to 9-2, with 2 knockouts, while Green is now 13-1, with 11 knockouts.
