First WBC “Martes de Cafe” “Nose” Best!

At the imposing Hacienda de Cortes located in the heart of Coyoacán, in Mexico City, the WBC celebrated the first “Martes de Cafe” of the year, with a presentation of “Rosca de Reyes” plus a covid test via a specialist medical team.

Before the press conference, the media lined up, to be tested with swabs for antigens, to ensure that health and safety remains the number one priority in combating the pandemic.

Sorrento Therapeutics México and the WBC have partnered since our 59th Annual Convention, held in Mexico City to provide rapid COVI-STIX tests for this and other major events.

These tests will continue to be an important factor in the successful organization of any public event, including boxing cards with audiences present.

Starting the New Year, it is imperative not to lower our guard, continuing to use our face masks and following health protocols, including the vaccination booster schedule.

We want to urge the everyone to carry out COVID detection tests in offices, the family nucleus, schools and in all social events no matter how small, since in this way we can stop contagion.
