FECOMBOX meets in Mexico City

This Monday a meeting of FECOMBOX- Federation of Professional Boxing Commissions of the Mexican Republic in Mexico City with prominent representatives of the country’s boxing, who have been linked to the sport for decades.

Among the attendees are Presidents of the Mexican Boxing Commissions, judges, referees, doctors and supervisors.

The host of the meeting was World Boxing Council President Mauricio Sulaimán. Present were the President of FECOMBOX Juan Carlos Pelayo, the FECOMBOX President for Life, the commissioner and special guest José Manzur, and great figures linked to boxing from all corners of the Mexico.

FECOMBOX is 78 Boxing Commissions, 33 delegates and 5 vice-presidents. It is the union of the main boxing commissions in Mexico.
The main concern and aim that unites and focuses FECOMBOX, is the need to unite and concentrate efforts to protect the physical integrity of the fighters as the number one priority.
