Fabulous Jose Sulaiman Gym in Chalco Inaugurated

The most magnificent and best equipped gym in the entire length and breath of Mexico, has been inaugurated in Chalco, Estado de Mexico.

The three story Jose Sulaiman gym inaugurated by WBC Presiident Mauricio Sulaiman and Dip Oscar Bautista Villegas, has every type of boxing equipment and tackle, a sauna, three swimming pools, boxing rings, kitchens and changing rooms.

There is a bust of Beloved WBC Life President Don Jose, who dedicated himself heart and soul to bettering boxing and making it safer. To and for Don Jose the boxers always came first and they formed a global family.

On the wall behind the bust, the stars signed their names for posterity.

Mexican Boxing Royalty was at this inauguration. Carlos Zarate. Alfonso Zamora,,Jaguar Aguirre, Marco Antonio Barrera, Pipino Cuevas, Jackie Nava, Zulina Munoz, Yesica Nery Plata, Lupita Martinez, Barby and Lulu Juárez, David Picasso, Cesar Bazan, Jessica Kika Chavez, Judith Rodríguez, Eric Ortiz, Carlos Cuadras, Miguel Angel Gonzalez. What a lineup!

Dip Bautista said the importance of Jose Sulaiman Chagnón Gym is to offer opportunities to youngsters, rescuing them from the risks and dangers of drugs and alcohol addiction and hopefully nurture and develop some future world champions.

He also said the design of this masterpiece was due to the genius of Emilio Lopez.and Wife Paula.

Mauricio Sulaiman said this is a magnificent triumph with gyms of three levels within the complex. There will be scholarships to start with, for five amateurs and one pro.

Mauricio said: “This is where it all begins.The boxer comes first, everything is for the boxer and with this incredible gym complex, champions of the future will be formed.

“I have never seen a gym like this. I’m sure it is going to be great. Chaco is on the Boxing Map and absolutely great things are to come!”
