Everything is ready for the WBC Green and Gold Amateur International Tournament

Nezahualcoyotl will experience a bonanza of boxing from March 26 to 29, as the BICENTENARY ECOLOGICAL SPORTS CENTER will be the setting of the Green and Gold 2025 international tournament.

It will involve the participation of hundreds of young people who dream of becoming the next stars of the ring is expected.

The organizers of the event explained that the call was launched to all boxers, trainers, gyms and sports centers and that fortunately the reception has been very good since the registrations are almost sold out.

They also explained that the competition system will be simple elimination and that it will be sanctioned by the WBC AMATEUR CDMX technical team from the qualifiers to the final, thus guaranteeing the impartiality and integrity of the participants and adhering to the regulations of the World Amateur Boxing Council.

The categories in which the tournament will be held are Children, Youth and Elite and the fight times will be 3 rounds of 2 minutes x 1 minute of rest.

Visibly excited, they presented the belts that the winners will take and assured that all the fights will be of the highest level.

At this point and before ending their participation, they thanked in a very special way all the support they have had from the WBC and especially from its president, Mauricio Sulaimán, who they congratulated for his 11 years at the head of the most important boxing organization.
