Ernesto Salcedo glad to be clad in Green and Gold

At the traditional WBC “Martes de Cafe” press conference, the new Silver FECARBOX champion, Ernesto Salcedo received from the hands of WBC President Mauricio Sulaimán, the belt that he won by defeating Hytan Ramos in a rematch, by way of knockout in the tenth round.

Ernesto, who won the belt with a solid strategy and excellent corner work, stressed this is only the beginning of a great career because he wants to become world champion.

The new FECARBOX champion thanked everyone who has led him to this victory and in a very special way the WBC, for the opportunity to dispute this title.

Committed to his people, his work team and his family, Ernesto is already thinking about the next challenge where, of course, he will defend the recently won belt.
