Ema Kozin to Defend Against Cecilia Brækhus

Cecilia Brækhus will return to the ring to face Ema Kozin in a fight for the WBC women’s super welterweight world championship, scheduled for October 25, 2025, at the Nova Spektrum Lillestrøm in Norway.

Brækhus, regarded as one of the all-time greats of women’s boxing, will enter with a record of 38 wins, 2 losses, and 1 draw. Across and against  her will be Slovenia’s Kozin, who has  24 victories, 1 loss, and 1 draw, aiming to seize the coveted Green and Gold Belt. 

The showdown is part of the event titled The Final Bell and is shaping up to be one of the standout fights of the year in women’s boxing, with the WBC world title at stake.
