In a gala night for Danish boxing, Dina Thorslund reaffirmed her status as one of the sport’s most dominant figures by capturing the WBC Interim Featherweight World Title with a commanding victory over Spain’s Almudena Álvarez.
Fighting before her home crowd at the Sydbank Arena, Thorslund showcased her elite skills, from the opening bell. The Dane seized total control of the ring, imposing a pervasie pace and multi volume of punches that Álvarez simply could not weather.
