Canelo and Scull-The Pole Star Of A Galaxy 

The full lineup for the Mega Starry Night  headlined by Saul “Canelo” Alvarez and William the “Indomitable” Scull, has been released.

Riyadh Season in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia will see for the first time a fight of “Canelo” Alvarez. He will face Cuban Willam Scull.

Canelo will defend the WBC, WBO and WBA super middleweight world titles. The “Indomitable” will seek to retain the IBF 168 lbs. world title.

Jaime Munguia vs Bruno Surace.  

The Mexican will face Frenchman Surance in the co-main event. Munguia comes in with a 44-2 record in his pro career while his opponent is undefeated in 22 fights.

Munguia is looking to rebound in the division after losing 2 of his last 4 fights.

Martin “Makubu” Bakole vs Efe Ajagba. 

In this blockbuster heavyweight encounter, the Africans will look to finish via the fast track.

“Makubu”, originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, is coming off a stumble against Joseph Parker. Yet he took that fight on just a few days’ notice. Bakole hadn’t lost a fight since 2018. He comes in with 21 fights won and only 2 losses.

Ajagba has been on a lightning streak of 5 wins in a row, 16 KO’s overall and has only one loss on his record.

Badou Jack the “Ripper” vs Ryan the “Bruiser” Rozicki. 

In this fight the WBC cruiserweight world title is at stake.

Badou Jack is the current champion. He has 34 fights in his repertoire. 28 wins, 3 losses and 3 no contests.

He has won his last 6 fights. In the last one he knocked out the Congolese Ilunga Makambu and won the title.

Rozicki sought to become interim champion in December last year against Argentinean Yamil Peralta; they had already met in 2022 and the Canadian was the controversial winner. The most recent bout resulted in a draw and the title was vacant.

Marco Verde vs Michael the “Eagle” Polina. 

In one of the most anticipated fights of the night, the Mexicans will face each other in an exciting duel.

Marco Verde is the most recent Mexican Olympic medalist in boxing. He faced Uzbekistan’s Asadkhuja Muydinkhujaev in the 156 lbs final. Verde will be making his professional debut in this card.

Polina comes to face the Olympian with a 4-5-3 record. “Eagle” will be looking to continue a winning streak after his win against Jesus Ramos in 2022.

Brayan Leon vs Aaron Guerrero.  

To open with the card, we will have the bout between a Mexican and a Cuban.

Rocha is coming off his last fight in the fast track. 11 fights won, 7 of them by KO, 3 losses and 1 draw are the Mexican’s record.
